DESCRIPCI\u00d3N DE LA ACTIVIDAD:<\/strong> Centro educativo innovador, trabajan en proyectos donde se manejan conceptos como inteligencias m\u00faltiples, trabajo en equipo o neurociencia. Dan mucha importancia a una metodolog\u00eda activa donde el alumnado es protagonista. La acci\u00f3n se lleva a cabo porque un grupo de profesores, con una visi\u00f3n espec\u00edfica de la educaci\u00f3n y del territorio, decide quedarse en un municipio a aplicar su proyecto educativo, implicando a la sociedad y al ayuntamiento en el mismo.<\/p>\n

ESTUDIOS PREVIOS O PLANIFICACI\u00d3N<\/strong> Al ser docentes son personas que se han formado y se siguen formando continuamente. Ellos hab\u00edan analizado el tipo de centro educativo que quer\u00eda tener, c\u00f3mo deb\u00eda estar involucrada la sociedad en el mismo y los objetivos educacionales que quer\u00edan conseguir.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

FINANCIACI\u00d3N:<\/strong> Gobierno de Arag\u00f3n. Al ser un Centro Educativo, a trav\u00e9s de Educaci\u00f3n. \u00a0<\/p>\n

PRINCIPALES LOGROS:<\/strong> Haber conseguido que diez familias vayan a vivir al municipio por el programa educativo que se desarrolla.<\/p>\n

DIFICULTADES ENCONTRADAS:<\/strong> El cambio de docentes, la dificultad de que se adaptaran al proyecto de centro y que no hay vivienda digna para que las nuevas familias se asienten.<\/p>\n

CLAVE \u00c9XITO:<\/strong> La implicaci\u00f3n de los docentes con el entorno y con el proyecto de centro. Conseguir generar sinergias e implicaci\u00f3n por parte del Ayuntamiento y Asociaciones.<\/p>\n

TRANSFERIBLE A OTROS TERRITORIOS:<\/strong> Si, pero para ello hay que darle continuidad al profesorado. Se puede potenciar volviendo a tener casas de maestros o alguna compensaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica que haga que no quieran cambiar de plaza tan continuamente.<\/p>\n
