Tras la creaci\u00f3n de una Bolsa de Vivienda municipal, el Ayuntamiento de Ans\u00f3 se establece como entidad mediadora para el arrendamiento de vivienda privada. Los propietarios que desean incluir su vivienda en la bolsa del Ayuntamiento pueden hacerlo por un periodo de 1, 3 o 5 a\u00f1os, y dependiendo del tiempo acordado, ser\u00e1n beneficiarios de: asistencia en cuestiones administrativas relativas al arrendamiento, obtenci\u00f3n gratuita del Certificado de Eficiencia Energ\u00e9tica y del Seguro de Impagos durante el primer a\u00f1o. Adem\u00e1s, la Entidad Local es la interlocutora entre los posibles arrendatarios\/as (espec\u00edficamente nuevos pobladores) y las personas arrendadoras. Adem\u00e1s de acompa\u00f1ar, orientar y asesorar a todas las personas interesadas en alquilar una vivienda en Ans\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>INICIO: 2019<\/p>\n<p>LOCALIZACI\u00d3N: Ans\u00f3 (Huesca)<\/p>\n<p>AGENTES IMPLICADOS:\u00a0Agente de Desarrollo Local, Comunidad Local, Nuevos Pobladores.<\/p>\n<p>RECURSOS DEL PROYECTO:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Los recursos econ\u00f3micos necesarios para cubrir los gastos del Certificado de Eficiencia Energ\u00e9tica y Seguro de Impagos.<\/li>\n<li>Los recursos humanos de la Agente de Desarrollo Local y otras \u00e1reas del Ayuntamiento implicadas (Concejal de Desarrollo, Secretar\u00eda\u2026)<\/li>\n<li>Los recursos f\u00edsicos de las propias viviendas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>ESTUDIOS PREVIOS Y PLANIFICACI\u00d3N: Al comienzo del proyecto se prepar\u00f3 un censo de vivienda, especificando el n\u00famero de vivienda vac\u00eda en buenas condiciones de habitabilidad, mediante el cual se present\u00f3 de forma estad\u00edstica y gr\u00e1fica la necesidad de intervenci\u00f3n en este \u00e1mbito. Posteriormente se redact\u00f3 el proyecto y en 2020 se comenz\u00f3 a implementar. Previamente a la creaci\u00f3n de la Bolsa de Vivienda se hizo una jornada explicativa en el mes de agosto de 2020, as\u00ed como tr\u00edpticos y difusi\u00f3n en redes sociales.<\/p>\n<p>FINANCIACI\u00d3N:\u00a0Ninguna<\/p>\n<p>PRINCIPALES LOGROS: 3 viviendas arrendadas desde octubre de 2020 hasta octubre de 2021. Cuatro nuevos pobladores, y una joven con empleo en la localidad.<\/p>\n<p>DIFICULTADES ENCONTRADAS: Lentitud administrativa por parte de la DGA, reticencias de propietarios a incluir su vivienda en la bolsa vs. de uso tur\u00edstico.<\/p>\n<p>CLAVE \u00c9XITO: Saber acoger y dar confianza a los propietarios\/as.<\/p>\n<p>TRANSFERIBLE A OTROS TERRITORIOS:
