El objetivo es generar un modelo de integraci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes en las viviendas municipales primando la retornabilidad. Elaboraci\u00f3n de un inventario de vivienda infrautilizada en el municipio, con una puntuaci\u00f3n asignada a cada vivienda de habitabilidad y de uso por parte de sus propietarios.Estudio sobre f\u00f3rmulas de arrendamiento, cesi\u00f3n, contratos de alquiler, etc. Que pudieran servir para que el ayuntamiento gestionara dichas viviendas en conjunci\u00f3n con las que ya dispone.Desarrollo de una tabla de precio de vivienda en funci\u00f3n de las condiciones de habitabilidad, metros cuadrados, tipo de calefacci\u00f3n, etc.<\/p>\n<p>INICIO: <strong>2016 Fase Piloto<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>LOCALIZACI\u00d3N:<\/strong> Artieda Comarca de la Jacetania<\/p>\n<p><strong>AGENTES IMPLICADOS:\u00a0<\/strong> El Ayuntamiento y Empenta Artieda<\/p>\n<p><strong>RECURSOS:<\/strong> Personal: Agentes de Desarrollo Local de Empenta Artieda<\/p>\n<p>IMPLEMENTACI\u00d3N PLAN ESTRAT\u00c9GICO En un principio no, aunque en la actualidad lo est\u00e1n desarrollando porque han ido viendo la necesidad. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>FINANCIACI\u00d3N:<\/strong> \u00a0Fondo de garant\u00eda juvenil o ayudas a la contrataci\u00f3n de parados de larga duraci\u00f3n \u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>PRINCIPALES LOGROS:<\/strong> Mediar entre varios propietarios e inquilinos para dar salida a la llegada de 13 nuevos j\u00f3venes al municipio que no dispon\u00edan de vivienda, consiguiendo alquileres a precios accesibles y haci\u00e9ndose cargo el ayuntamiento del seguro para desperfectos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DIFICULTADES ENCONTRADAS:<\/strong> Tener un plan definido antes de alquilar viviendas. Con condiciones concretas y estrategia para evitar conflictos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CLAVE \u00c9XITO:<\/strong> Ayuntamiento con disposici\u00f3n, que el pueblo est\u00e9 concienciado previamente con que el bien com\u00fan tiene que priorizar sobre el individual para enfrentar la despoblaci\u00f3n, y una garant\u00eda de que las viviendas se van a alquilar por 30 a\u00f1os para amortizar la inversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TRANSFERIBLE A OTROS TERRITORIOS:<\/strong> Es transferible porque est\u00e1 dentro de la capacidad del Ayuntamiento, si hay disposici\u00f3n para ello. Hay que hacer un trabajo de concienciaci\u00f3n y garantizar el alquiler a 30 a\u00f1os para amortizar la inversi\u00f3n
